LifeLine is a platform that connects voluntary blood donors with individuals and hospitals in need of blood ("Seekers"). The Service is provided "as is" and we are not a blood bank, medical provider, or emergency service.

3. User Obligations

As a user, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. If you are a donor, you confirm that you meet the eligibility criteria for blood donation. LifeLine is not responsible for verifying the medical eligibility of donors. Users are responsible for their own interactions and safety.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall LifeLine, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of life, health complications, or other damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
